What does diversity, equity, and professional inclusion mean to you?
Understanding first who you are, your values and share it with people around you. It will allow us to understand others, even though we might disagree with them; it will open conversations, It will allow us to see each other as human beings towards one goal: UNITY.
How have you experienced and/or dealt with adversity in your professional and personal life?
Taking personal responsibility, embracing rejection, being open to feedback, and honoring myself.
What would be one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?
Learn to connect with yourself, trust your inner voice, and build a relationship with Mother Earth. You are your own teacher.

Who inspires your professional ambition? Why?
I don't have a specific person. I grew up very independent, figuring things by myself since I was younger. What I know it is, that bringing value in everything that I do and connecting people, it is what moves me.
What is your favorite book? Or the one you'd recommend most? The Energy Bus: 10 Rules to Fuel Your Life, Work, and Team with Positive Energy.
It's a great reminder that we are in charge of our life, and we are leading all the time.
What are the top three things we should know about your business or company?
We are human connectors.
We believe in the power of long-term relationships.
