Marisa Donnelly, M.Ed., is a writer/editor, credentialed teacher, and CEO of Be A Light Collective, a coaching and content creation business and digital marketplace. She is the Director of Donnelly’s Daily Apple, an educational resource platform offering tutoring and flexible learning options in both the Southern California area and online. She also serves as the Editorial Lead & Content Strategist at FWD Collective.
Marisa is the author of Somewhere On A Highway, a collection of poems, and has published thousands of articles accumulating over 21.2+ million page views with bylines in Huffington Post, The Spruce, Bustle, BossBabe, Thought Catalog, and more. She is the founder of Momish Moments, a vertical dedicated to empowering journeys of motherhood; the co-founder of Step By Step Parents, a resource platform for blended families; and the voice of Microschooling Mama, a channel celebrating non-traditional educational journeys.
